The 2019 Annual  Quarry Neighborhood Garage Sale will be Thursday May 30th, Friday May 31st. and Saturday June 1st. from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Signs at the entrance and advertising will be done by the HOA. You may place balloons at your mail boxes and additional signs that weekend to be removed at the end of the event.

The annual picnic is scheduled for for Sunday August 5, 2018. The picnic will be in pocket park from 1-5 pm, a BBQ lunch will be provided by Prokbelly BBQ. Kids entertainment by Bouncy Things. We will provide pop and water and the event is BYO adult beverage. Tents, tables and chairs will be setup shielding us from the weather.

We kindly ask that RSVP sent to nreece10@gmail.com. Please provide the number of attendees over 12 & under (infants not included in RSVP) this is for the food order. We also kindly ask that only those residents living in the Quarry attend. Exceptions are made for grandchildren.

The next HOA meeting is Wednesday February 7th 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Monclova Township Community Center. The January 2018 meeting has been canceled. Please utilize the contacts page if you have any questions.

The board of trustees meets at 7:00 pm the first Wednesday of each month at the Monclova Township Community Center, Metzger's Meeting Room, 8115 Monclova Road Monclova , Ohio. Meetings are open to all Quarry parcel owners. To be placed on the meeting agenda please contact the secretary. Three days prior notice is requested.

The Salisbury Quarry HOA 2017 Annual Residents Meeting was Wednesday October 4th at 7:00 P.M. at the Monclova Township Community Center, Metzger's Meeting Room, 8115 Monclova Road. Residents  voted for four trustee two year term candidates to bring the total to the 9 authorized in the community code of regulations. The newly elected board of trustees then elected officers of the board of trustees, president, vice president, secretary and treasurer, one year terms. All residents were encouraged to attend and vote at the annual meeting. See the contacts page and October 2017 minutes for details.
