2015 Election Results – HOA Board Officers

At the September 2nd 2015 board meeting we held our annual elections for Trustees and Officers. Officer terms are one year, while Trustees are 2 year terms. A huge thank you to all of our fellow residents that participate in the HOA we appreciate your time and efforts!

Martin Luther King Kitchen for the Poor Donation

Our summer HOA picnic included a fundraiser for the Martin Luther King Kitchen for the Poor where we collected $157 through our ring toss contest. the MLK Kitchen has acknowledged that donation through a letter to the HOA. You are welcome to view the letter here.

At the October 1st 2014 board meeting we held our annual elections for Trustees and Officers. Officer terms are only one year, while Trustees are 2 year terms. A HUGE THANK YOU to Joe Ceglio and John Walczak for accepting the nomination of Trustee. We are so happy you have you on the Board!

Architectural Review Approvals are Needed for all projects

All Homeowners looking to make improvements or modifications to their home or property – meaning pools, fences, driveways, walks, patios, etc.- please see Article II Architectural Control 2.1 in the Declaration of Restrictions, must submit the following application to the Board for approval prior to starting the project. If you have any questions please contact Ben Krasner, Chair of the ARC (Architectural Review Committee)
